We all know and love the one's he has covered, but, what one's would you like to hear him chant?
Am kicking off with Bryan's cover of the late Clifford. T. Ward. "Gaye" .

"Sisters of Mercy" (Leonard Cohen)- I think this would work best as just vocal and piano. And in the various Dylan covers, has he ever done "Tomorrow is A Long Time"? If not, he should!

Am kicking off with Bryan's cover of the late Clifford. T. Ward. "Gaye" . Yes definitely, I remember suggesting that song on a forum, maybe this one, a couple of years ago. It would suit his voice and phrasing perfectly.

There are some nice suggestions above. However, like Bryan's output of covers to date, they gravitate towards the mid-70s or earlier.
I would like to see him take on stuff from that period onwards - maybe even tipping his hat at some of the acts who cite Roxy as a major influence.
There is plenty of good material out there for him to choose from and I am not worried about him finding songs to suit his voice. He has always been a master at taking songs that he values and reworking them in a fresh way that works for him.

I would like to hear Bryan's version of "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics. In the "I can't believe he has not recorded that already" catagory I would like to hear Cole Porter's "I Get a Kick Out of You".

Wasn't he chosen to do "Don't You Forget About Me" before simple minds did it. Always thought that would have been interesting.

I heard that Roxy rehearsed Light my Fire by The Doors for the Avalon Tour. That would have been interesting to hear.
