Great evening.... great show....
2nd night better than 1st night....
Bryan in good contact with crowd that was more receptive that the night before.
Band also on fire and a no technical faults. Just perfect.
Ferry thanked for the final evening of the tour and left the stage with a huge smile....
Stefan, Denmark (and Jess).

I agree; Thursday's show was even tighter than Wednesday's, although my opinion may have been subconsciously influenced by the fact that I could see, as well as hear, the action on the second night! ;)

Very busy again (show sold out a couple of weeks ago), so claimed a perch at the bar in the raised area at the rear of the stalls; this allowed a distant view over the sea of heads. There I was joined, quite by chance, by VRM member Maggie (who I'd bumped into on the bus on Wed night) & her "young (i.e. same age as BF!) man".

Almost identical set list, with the Dylanesque pair outstanding again, IMHO. A rousing Editions Of You was the only addition; the band really nailed it, although I still don't like Roxy songs at BF solo gigs.

An honourable mention to the four backing singers (of whom only Sewuese remains from the early part of the tour), who were outstanding on the overplayed (as in too often) Avalon & Jealous Guy.

An already enthusiastic crowd went predictably wild over the last half dozen (better known) numbers and everyone seemed to go home happy.

Ollie played some great solos, but the most rousing receptions during the band intros were again reserved for TGPT, Spedding (and rightly so; he was outstanding, even by his own high standards) & Jorja.

A fine end to a wonderful year of Roxy & BF gigs; I'm only sorry I didn't get to more than 6 of them!

Hi I enjoyed the evening too, second row so very good place! Only remark I have is on the setlist; only 3 songs of Olympia and too often Avalon, My Only Love and Jealous Guy (so many other beauties he hasn't played for ages!), but despite that I loved the show. Bryan seems happy and grateful for the response of his audience, and I do wish we will be able to see him perform for a very, very long time.... :D
