Now that the Olympia tour is officially over, I guess it's time to look ahead.

What do you reckon his plans are for the not too distant future? Might the extensive touring have energized him to record a new album soon? Or do you think next year will mostly consist out of Roxy celebrations with the anniversary of their first album?

While it would be great if the 40th anniversary celebrations included some Roxy gigs, I think that's unlikely to happen.

Putting the band together is expensive (for reasons J.O'B explained back in the summer) and would require a number of gigs to make it cost effective. Maybe the 2011 FYP tour should have been deferred for a year...

Reports suggest that the USA Olympia dates were well received, so it wouldn't shock me to see more BF gigs in the Americas in 2012. Maybe some European summer festivals too, if we're lucky.

I think BF will be out there plugging the anniversary set, but whether we'll see much of Phil, Andy & TGPT, I'm not sure.

I hope I'm wrong, though; everyone involved in the debut album & single (Eno included) should be embraced in the celebrations of its continued popularity.

BF has said in interviews that there would be no Roxy dates next year and that he would be continuing touring in the new year (with more dates in America indicated). I think the Roxy dates should have been after the olympia tour and not the other way round. Was the lack of olympia material on the tour due to the commercial failure of the album denting BF's confidence in playing it?
