Thanks for the news about the cancelled Phil gig. Fairly gutted about it. Hope replacement dates are not just in London.

Mind you, tickets sales looked to be pretty weak at the Wirral venue.

Interestingly, I asked the venue about a refund. Their response? - they didn't know it had been cancelled!!!

I received the exact same reaction when I called the box office this morning. They said they had received no official confirmation from the promoter that the gig had been cancelled, and that it may be some weeks before this could be established and refunds issued. Not good enough.

Having checked the Floral Pavilion website again this evening, all mention of the Manzanera performance has been removed, so I presume they now acknowledge the facts. Time to give the 25-30 people who purchased tickets their money back.
