The original mention of this album said it was a 9 track instrumental but it seems Sonia Bernardo sings on 2 tracks.

I am looking forward to this album. I have been a big fan of Phil's solo stuff over the years especially the instrumental stuff.

Signed copies of the CD available from Phil's webshop for £11.49 plus postage. Vinyl release to follow later in the year.

Think so - there is the in conversation track which I think may be a guitar oboe duet

Hmm, thanks. I just pressed the "press release" link at the front of this homepage which didn`t talk of album credits. However, I see that only the first song of the album is credited in particular.

Album due out on a choice of blue or black limited edition vinyl on 4th Sept.

Phil's shop at Burning Shed is taking pre-orders for £17.99 plus postage.

E-mail from Burning Shed today advised that my vinyl has been despatched, but that they'd forgotten that Phil changed the colour of the limited edition version at the last minute.

Instead of blue (the logical choice, given the title of the album), he opted for red to match the colour of the guitar in the sleeve design.

Maybe red vinyl comes off the press as a more vibrant colour, although those of us with blue football allegiances will still be a little disappointed! ;)
