Still don't have the hardback 2 cd set of this (with the rehearsals), but aside from still images, was there ever any film or video footage taken from any of this (either the rehearsals or performances)?

I've never heard mention of any film or video footage. However it might be worth paying for a supapass on Phil's site to see if anything appears there.
