Hi Roxy fans - have launched a new blog focusing on the brilliant writing of Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music's impact on music in the 70s.

I am soliciting ideas or ways to make the site even better - what are your thoughts on the content? Is there an emphasis you would like to see? Are there errors or disagreements you have with any of the content? For the new interview series is there anyone you would like to see interviewed (other than the band, of course).

This is very much in vein of ''Pushing ahead of the dame'', a site that analyses every David Bowie song to such detail that are almost impossible.

But I mean this as a compliment - i long woshed a similar blog for Roxy/Ferry songs, so bravo, and carry on! I can't wait to read about the Stranded/Country Life songs in detail! 8-)

Thank you so much for your comment - I actually credit Pushing Ahead of the Dame on the About page - simply some of the best writing about David Bowie out there!

Chris has also written a book "Rebel Rebel" based on the entries. Well worth a read - a classic!

I have been proof reading the artwork and booklet for the Roxy Music deluxe edition and there is some interesting stuff from the archive written by Puxley going to be part of the booklet.

Not sure on a date yet but the content will please di hards. I meant to say in my last comment, the Puxley stuff is regarding the lyrics.
