Another pick from my archives. :) I was lucky enough to attend a recording of "Later With Jools Holland" when Bryan was one of the guests and promoting his new release, Frantic. He performed two tracks, Goodnight Irene & Don't Think Twice, It's Alright. There are many versions of these two songs already on Youtube but I have never seen the Jools recordings appear to date.

I can't quite believe it was 15 years ago! It was a great experience seeing how the filming works etc. Back then the show was taped from start to finish in one take as "live" then afterwards they check the tapes to see if there are any issues and if so would film that song again and drop it into the full show. Bryan performed two songs that night and we were hoping they maybe had to do a re-take for him but no, his songs were okay and he didn't have to come back into the studio. They had to redo one of The Hives' songs for technical reasons, they were also on the show that evening. Enjoy. :)

Hipsters,
What a great post.
W2 wonders if Roxy new that our hero was going to be on the show when she applied for tickets or if it was just serendipity?
It's great to see him playing with Colin Good and isn't his harmonica playing fabulous ? Windswept honestly can't think of another musician from Ferry's generation who is in his league when it comes to the pocket rocket.
Merci beaucoup Roxy.
Salutations,
W2
