This is beautifly surreal.
Tonight was better than last.

That, the opinion of all who were there both nights.

He rocked the place.

I have to say the two Scottish dates were the best I have seen this tour.

Despite being born in Glasgow I have to admit the two Scottish dates were like the Manifesto album...the East side was better tham the West"

Eh, excuse me, young sir. What is this "despite" nonesense? We've put up with you.

I have to say, the second night of Roxy Music, the 2001 re-union tour in Glasgow, when they were on the way back home, was the night of my life. I never thought anything again would ever come close.

The Usher Hall has.

It was sublime.

Another fantastic show at The Usher Hall last night. Bryan Ferry, the band, the orchestra, the girls, the company............... all brilliant.

I hope the rest of the shows are just as good for everyone attending.

The Usher hall gig todate ,is the best night ever !.Other fans who i spoke to on the night also agreed,Bryan himself looked to be enjoying the night throughout as did the other members of the orchestra a truly `a great night out`.
This night had everything!, a packed lively venue, fantastic songs and tunes,a few beers, good company and a meeting with the man himself what else could you ask for.
I also had the pleasure of meeting J.O.B, spent some time talking to him a very nice man, it`s good to put a face to the name and hope to met him again some time.I was introduced to him by an old friend i had not seen for over twenty years, a night for old friends to met up again well an truely.
Bryan was on hand to spend a little time talking signing autographs, and commented when signing my Roxy 74 programme from the Edinburgh Odeon
`thats an old one,but i remember it well`` what a tour`I cant remember anything elese i may have said i got caught up in the occasion and what was happening !.After that, we went back the the bar area where 4 members of the orchestra Enrico Tomasso and Martin Wheatley were two who were playing away and keeping everything mellow.Colin Good and Oliver Thompson appeared and freely mixed with the fans, signed programmes and chatted away ,great !.
I think the gig finished at around 22.30 we left the Usher Hall at 23.55 a perfect night was had by all, for me a night i will never forget and i still had the buzz all of the following day.
