I wonder if there are going to be Bollywood dancers on stage with him? Cher Lonely Dreamer, With our hero's eclectic taste, all is possible but, if he reassembles last year's line up (Windswept's dream), there won't be room on stage for a dance troop. Joddie and Bobbie will just have to do double duty again. That won't be a problem -they are superb at it! a bien tôt, W Ps. At the risk of sounding like a Parrot, Windswept is still hoping for the stripped down bar room version of MTT to make it onto Avonmore.

John has posted this on facebook about an hour ago, maybe he's too busy for posting it here as well. You can preorder the album on Avonmore now and listen to snippets of the songs as well: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00NQUG1K4/ref=dm_ws_sp_ps_dp?ie=UTF8&qid=1411300361&sr=8-1No MTT though... Very short previews on Amazon but sounds promising. Titles are: Avonmore Send in the Clowns Soldier of Fortune Driving me Wild Loop De Li Johnny & Mary Midnight Train One night Stand A Special Kind of Guy Lost.
Sadly no MTT would loved to have that one

Is the album cover a picture of one of the dark and dingy corners of his basement in Avonmore Place ?

The contrast to the glamorous splendour of the Olympia cover couldn't be greater...

A sobering cover.
Btw, the regulars posting here are now reduced to about a dozen.

It is possible that is could a temporary image for the cover. When the news about Olympia was first released a different image was used until the final Kate Moss images.

For those who wish to hear a sneak preview go here http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_nos ... y+avonmoreAnd navigate around. 30 second previews of each song. IRSNSHO this is lovely stuff. Obviously need to hear the album properly, though. BF density, texture and darkness all to great effect....with his latter day vocal working well in this context. A couple of Horoscope songs find their way in....and that's a great thing. Can't wait till November. Rock on Tommy!
