Here's a very positive review from the German magazine Die Zeit:

(except the author says BF likes to go on fox hunt and stole his son's girlfriend  )

"Das war nett anzuhören, wäre aber nicht nötig gewesen."

-Right. Btw, the critic writes a lot about non-music, I must say.

 You're right, that's not so positive. But he writes that in reference to the As Time Goes By, Dylanesque and The Jazz Age albums, which he's obviously not very fond of.

Yes, I think you've already mentioned that you don't like Avonmore 8-)

No, no, no, I don`t care about the Jazz Age, that`s all. I haven`t even heared it. Dylanesque was a disappointing thing to do there and then. As Time Goes By, well, I don`t often listen to it, but it got him back on track back in 1999.

A new one ("Ferry isn't one to discuss his private life and won't go into whether Roxy Music will reform either."):

Der 69-jährige Brite ist immer noch für zwei, drei tolle Songs gut:

Oh dear, that's a highly qualified review... "More Than This", "Dance Away" and "Jealous Guy" are hit-singles from the F+B and Avalon albums, and the drums on Avonmore are played by daughter Tara Ferry
