All the live renditions I have heard from the last three albums have been relatively weak. But that's not surprising given that the songs were creations of the studio. Roxy are far better sticking to the first five albums for live material.
Saying that, I would swallow a couple of Ferry solo tracks live so long as Phil could chip in with any number of songs from his albums - which have latterly been fantastic.
I am sure it was filmed, I was there for a week and everything was filmed. therr were a lot of DVDs for sale of performances over the years of the different acts that have played there. I have never seen any footage from that show so I don't think it was even broadcast. Ferry's solo appearance in 2004 there some of that was broadcast and some of that footage has been on Youtube.
I have been going to the Montreux Jazz festival for about 25 years now and every concert has been filmed. They don't all get released, it must be some sort of copyright thing that the organisers have. When I was there this year there were various places with heaphones and a small screen where you could view past pefromances and to my surprise there was Roxy performing the Bogus Man in 1973 (For Your Pleasure tour). I had never seen that before. Great to see and a good start to the rest of the evening which was Prince.
