Definitely is Manet's Olympia . Interview with Ferry confirmed this . Also Kate Moss to be on finalised cover. There was/is an instrumental version of a track from the album on a video in the times website and I think it sounds good... a reason to be positive for a change !!

I`ve just read the song credits today, the 29th of August 2010. It was interesting reading. I haven`t digested all of it. It seems to be an album in the worst of BF traditions. How do we get the band feeling, and how do we get the details, with all these contributors? That said, I haven`t heard a single song yet. When shall he understand that music cannot be designed, it has to be felt? Electronics? Merlin Ferry?

Just what I was thinking - looks a bit of a mess - let's hope it's not And am I right in thinking no Paul Thompson or am I going blind

I know we've all had a moan at times about the great man, but I'm really looking forward to hearing Olympia, possibly more than any other previous album, apart from Manifesto maybe. It's gonna be different and not just an extension of Flesh +Blood, Avalon, Boys & Girls. There's a great remix of Angel Eyes on the Bestival Website if anyone's interested. Shouldn`t there be 4 formats? You know what I mean. Who is the person responsible for the vinyl withdrawal?

The CD and DVD version is great value for money. 2 extra songs, a DVD and a 28 page booklet for around £12.99. The book format is bringing tears to my eyes ! May have to cpme back for that at a later date !
