Well done Smudge!! You have done a great turn for a fellow Roxy fan. I think we have met at a previous concert at Koko in 2005. In fact, I think I sold you a spare ticket. My poster with the fabulous four below!

I think we have met at a previous concert at Koko in 2005. In fact, I think I sold you a spare ticket. My memories of the Koko gig are all good; for one thing it was my first meeting with J.O'B. I'd told him that I had a ticket, but was looking for 2 or 3 more for friends and he arranged for my group and several Scottish Roxy fans with spare tickets to meet in the pub across the road from the gig. If you were part of that clan, Roxy, then thanks again! I'm kind of glad that newdavid25 is a Scot too, as it's a chance to reciprocate the generosity shown by you and your friends; I recall the Koko tickets changing hands for face value, even though you'd all paid booking fees on top. Koko was also the first time I'd heard Pyjamarama and Prairie Rose played live (although I've been a fan since '73, I lived in a semi-rural area before moving to London, so the F&B tour was my first one). Happy days!

If anyone else is offering a signed poster I'd be happy to buy it at a reasonable price. As I'm unable to attend concerts due to severe hearing damage. If anyone has one for sale, you can pm me. I can pay with paypal or european bank transfer (I'll need Bic and iban code then) . I live in Belgium.

All I Want is a signed band poster. Please. If anyone has a spare band signed poster I would love to buy it off them. I appreciate I have probably left it too late, but no harm in asking. Happy to offer a bit more than the sale price at the shows as long as it is has genuine signatures. Thanx.

GOT A SILVER ONE TO SWAP FOR A GOLD 1 SIGEND BY ALL FOUR PLS PM Sadie's Boyfriend wrote: Smudge, take it as done and dusted. I was fuming that I missed the poster at the First Glasgow gig. The people in the Roxy circle up here are aware i'm looking for one. It will be treasured and not moved on, and framed.

I noticed that the FYP tour poster on eBay has reached £33.50... Seller (clearly not a true Roxy fan or he/she would help out those in need of posters in this forum!) states that there are 5 available, but it's unclear if they'll be listed singly or if there will be "second chance" offers made to those bidders (3 so far) who are below the high bidder this time around. More bizarrely, the fishy looking autographed FYP album cover on eBay has reached a dizzy £377! It's provenance looks a bit questionable and it only appears to bear 3 signatures!! Mine, with all 5 autographs (all acquired in person at brief meetings), is currently with the framers, so I hope and pray they're looking after it! At that price, I'd better remind my wife not to bin it when I eventually croak! She has kindly afforded me wall space for both it and the poster, though; I trust newdavid25 & Sadie's Boyfriend will have been equally successful in their domestic negotiations by the time I get their posters to them!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:ITI don't think they are being sold by a Roxy "fan" just somebody out to make some cash. I found the way it is listed strange too and I had contacted the seller to confirm if the auction it was for ONE poster seeing as it originally had a "buy it now" price of £100. They confirmed the auction is for one poster and It's a private listing also. I contacted the seller a second time to ask if it has been signed by all four band members as there were only three names visible on the ebay photo. The reply was there are indeed only three signatures, NO Paul Thompson signature. I am guessing they won't be too happy if they bought 5 posters for profit to discover that not all of the band have signed.
