Yes I too looked at that eBay listing and asked the seller if she was selling the posters individually . She is intent on making a profit . I would love to own a genuine poster if anyone has one spare . I have been a fan for 40 years and indeed was a member of fan club ( Peter Leahy ) . I have everyones autographs except Andys . It would be great if I could get one as I have just had my second dose of chemo today and it would really cheer me up . Btw I did not see any posters at Nottingham .

Still looking to buy a signed poster if someone has a spare to offer. I too have been a fan for many years since buying Street Life. I have quite a few Bryan Ferry autographs, but not Roxy. I didn't see any for sale at Nottingham either, luck of the draw I guess or perhaps people buying amounts to sell on for a profit; although I would be happy to pay a bit more than their concert price.

I was told that Billy Sloan (The Daily Record Newspaper) bought 10 and thought they might be for competion prizes at some time in the future. Will keep my eyes peeled :geek:

He (Billy) bought 20. We were the only two at the merchandise stand, at the time, discussing, the late great Billy McKenzie. His column can be read in The Record every Friday. Will find out from him when the posters will go up as prizes. It may well be today.

I've looked all through today's Daily Record and can't see anything. Is Billy Sloan on holiday?

That ebay poster sold for £36. Now, the same seller has another one (same 3 sigs) at opening bids of £75!

This person is asking for 5 times the amount the band charged only a couple of weeks ago? That is outrageous profiteering- I hope it goes unsold.

Not sure that I understand her logic if the last one only pulled in £36. Maybe just chancing her arm - but she could be reading forums like this, sees that there is a demand amongst some of the diehards and is hoping to cash in on it.

Let's hope everybody resists the urge to reward such blatant greed.

If they succeeded in selling 150 at each of the 7 gigs, then there are over a thousand of them out there; collectable, but not as rare as hen's teeth and certainly not yet worthy of the eBay profiteer's attempted mark-up.

There must be a chance that some of the thousand will become available to true fans, perhaps when the owners investigate add-on costs like framing; mine cost just over £45 to frame, although it does look pretty damned good!

Best of luck to those of you still on the hunt for one.
