I am in London next week and was wondering if any local forum regulars wanted to meet for a metaphorical 'pie and a pint' some evening.
It would be nice to meet a few of the contributors alltogether in a back corner of a pub 'Roxy Convention'

Diary still the same as when we spoke, John, i.e. only unbreakable commitment is to Tottenham Hotspur on Thur evening!

Would be interesting to meet in person some of "the great & the good" from these hallowed e-corridors!

Thanks for your generous offer, SB. Sorry to hear that there's a big job afoot down around the Gorbals; I hope major surgery can be avoided! :lol:

And don't feel too sorry for me, Bill; I get plenty of entertainment from THFC most years before the customary end of season capitulation - it's a bit like waiting for the England middle order batting collapse in an important Test match! :roll:

And to think we used to specialise in winning cup finals in May...

I am in town next Thursday and would love to meet up with yourself and other renowned "Roxyologists".
If this works just let me know when and were and I'll be there.
Alternatively, I'm a member of a nice little place in Soho and we could go all go there (I'd just need names in advance so I could send them a list).
