I picked up a copy of Joyland at Spedding's gig at London's 100 Club last night and it's pretty good, even if £15 is a bit steep for 36 mins music!
The CD can be pre-ordered from Amazon (UK) for £11.99, but there have been conflicting rumours of its eventual (heavily delayed; it was due for his 70th birthday last June...) release date. Even the merchandise seller said "end of this month... hopefully!", so I decided to buy now.
The record label itself seems to be selling it on eBay, which suggests that it's already available in the USA:

Spedding was on good form last night and there was a decent turn-out for a Sat night, including a few youngsters who were possibly friends of one of the support acts. I heard one lad say, as a compliment, that he'd never heard anyone like Spedding before (stick with it, son; there's a whole new world of real music out there!
