Backing Vocals On The 39 Steps on the Mamouna album and also credited on Bete Noire. Paul appeared as Ferry's guest vocalist at his Wembley Arena show in 1988.
Paul also provided backing vocals for Stevie Wonder, on his "Characters" album. In addition to vocal and touring duties with Bryan Ferry and Stevie Wonder, Paul Johnson toured as a backing vocalist for M People and can be heard on their new single "Fresco". Paul is also a featured vocalist on the Soul II Soul single, "Represent." A special honor that Paul is very proud of, is the request from Stevie Wonder to coordinate singers and perform with him at Wembley Arena for the Nelson Mandela Birthday Tribute Concert.
