Same Old Scene

Album Track

This song from Roxy Music's Flesh + Blood album was released as a single with the title 'The Same Old Scene'. The song was used on the soundtrack to the film 'Times Square'. It was played live during the Flesh + Blood tour in 1980 and was not played live again until the 2011 tour.

The single reached number 12 in UK and was backed with a non album track, Lover, in the UK. The Japanese & Dutch versions had My Only Love as a b-side, with Rain Rain Rain as the b-side to the French pressing. Same Old Scene was also used as the b-side to Jealous Guy in Hungary.

There was a re-mix done by Steve Anderson with a dance mix at over 7 minutes long. This was never commercially released.
